Beijing Capital Land Ltd. (BCL or “Company”) is a leading integrated real estate developer in China listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: HK2868) on June 19, 2003.Beijing Capital Group Co., Ltd. (BCG), BCL’s controlling shareholder and actual controller, is a large state-owned enterprise group directly under the supervision of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Beijing Municipality. GIC Private Limited, BCL’s second largest shareholder, is one of the world’s top sovereign wealth fund wholly owned by the Government of Singapore.


Aspiring to be the most valuable integrated real estate developer in China, BCL focuses on residential development, outlets complex, and urban core complex, complemented by innovative business areas such as primary land development and high-tech industry properties. By the end of 2015, BCL had developed a variety of real estate projects including residences, office buildings, commercial projects, hotels and land development. In 2015, BCL attracted 15.5 million clients for commercial projects and signed contracts sales RMB 32.5 billion, a 31% increase over the previous year. It recorded revenue totaling RMB 15.8 billion, and a net profit of RMB 2.9 billion. As of the end of 2015, BCL owned RMB 101.8 billion of total assets with RMB 23.6 billion of net assets and a total land bank of 11.30 million square meters in gross floor area.
